. . . Today i went on a hike... i went last week too on the same hike it's a change of scenery from the gym to my treadmill it was really a nice day to be out today such beautiful weather for arizona ... I forgot my camera but i found some photo's online next time i will defintely take my camera to get some of my own shots of this mountain ... it was tiring but a whole lot of fun and a good excercise which is much needed for everyone and mostly me ;) just watching my brother and my cousin (go blue) and of course dane and his cousin on "the biggest loser" it just gives me motivation to want to change my life too! I know it's gonna be a hard road to take but it is defintely worth it in the end ... anyone wanna join me for a nice hike up the mountain...i wanna go on every mountian i can!!!
... i think next will be "South Mountain"....? anyone know of any good trails? let me know?. ..

Hey Ana! Good for you! When Sione was home we went on a few hikes on South Mountain- they were pretty fun. I'll email you & let you know where we went. I'll have to try to join you one of these days.

It would definitely be foolish of us to sit on the couch eatin cookies while we watch our brother on the Biggest Loser. Take out the Biggest and we would just be LOSERS come finale time!

Ummmm heck yeah I want to join you. Since I don't get to see ya much these days. Seriously...let's go. Way to go...good for you!! It is amazing how much better you start to feel in just getting outside, and doing something active. I am trying to get back into my routine, that being gone has taken it's toll on me. SO please count me in for the next one. I SO need it!!

Hey Ana! Thanks for returning my phone call, that's okay I had my cuz Trish come over so it worked out well. Hey is my uncle Mike in town? Just wondering, my mom said she thought he was here. I love hiking too! Usery Mountain is really nice!! That's one of our favorites. I hope I can keep up with you this year!! Good Job!!
